INTRODUCE AYURVEDA PRACTICE INTO YOUR LIFESTYLE

Ayurveda, you may have heard or seen this word. Simply put, it is one of the oldest medical systems based on traditional Indian-medicine and is also called the “Mother of All Healing.”

Ayurveda is the time-tested Indian system of healing that remains hugely popular all around the globe.

In the Ayurvedas concept, our bodies are a microcosm of the universe with three doshas at work Vata (air), Pitta ( fire), and Kapha (earth).

We all have a unique physical, mental, and emotional energy pattern that corresponds with these doshas. Although we possess all three doshas, one is generally dominant.

We are said to be in good health physically and emotionally when the doshas are well balanced.

The Proper Amount Of:

  •  Vata – promotes creativity and flexibility;
  •  Pitta – generates understanding and analytical ability;
  •  Kapha – engenders stability, affection, and generosity.

Imbalance in the doshas is believed to disrupt the flow of prana, the life force that enters the body through our food and breath.

The key to Ayurveda is treating the body, mind, and spirit as a unifies whole to maintain health and harmony.

The main goal of Ayurveda is to eradicate the disease and create a healthy lifestyle through natural remedies.

Ayurveda comes from two words: “Ayur,” means life, and the other is “Veda,” which means science or knowledge, and hence Ayurveda means the science of life.

Ayurveda is one of the most powerful ways to live a healthy life because, according to the World Health Organization, 80% of the world’s population still relies on traditional medicine.

With this in mind, we have done in-depth research and found some of the most popular ways to introduce Ayurveda’s practice into your lifestyle.

If you didn’t know, our whole body is control by the sun and the moon.

All the activities or movements in the body are related to the sun and the moon.

Always try to get up early in the morning, and the first thing we should do is clean our bodies.

Now, if we look at the whole elementary track, this is a hollow pipe. Therefore, your body must be ready to add new food, and you can do this by removing the blockages inside the body.

Therefore, you must first cleanse all the orifices that are related to nature. First, you need to clean the intestines, clean your oral cavity, and then you need to clean all the other gums.

The overall aim is to nurture the body by connecting the mind, body, and spirit through movement.

In essence, this means daily yoga or other mind/body practices such as tai chi and qi gong combined with more tailored exercises.
