*2- Start Your Day with Exercise
Always start your day with exercise but usually, people will ask how much exercise to do.
What is the maximum point for exercise or workouts?
Because we are all different, the topmost point of the exercise is set differently.
Ayurveda practice specific advice will vary depending on each individual.
The overall aim is to nurture the body by connecting the mind, body, and spirit through movement.

Kapha Physical Body

- Hair – thick, oily, wavy, lustrous;
- Nails – pale, whiteish, smooth, polished;
- Voice – slow, maybe labored or deep tonal;
- Walk – slow, steady, calm.
Kapha is prone to being slow and sluggish, so higher impact exercise will stimulate metabolism, boost the release of endorphins, and prime the body for action.
A Pitta type of personality requires moderate exercise.
Pitta Physical Body
- Height – medium;
- Frame – moderate, muscular;
- Weight – moderate;
- Skin – warm, oily;
- Eyes – usually green, blue, or gray with the yellowish sclera, sharp and penetrating;
- Hair – soft, oily, red;
- Nails – soft, pink, lustrous;
- Voice – clear and precise, high or sharp, can be moderate also;
- Walk – purposeful, medium-paced.
For a Pitta personality, a relaxing meditative Yoga style is the perfect type of movement.
A Vata type of personality requires little workout because his body is usually very active.
Vata Physical Body
- Height – tall or very short;
- Frame – thin, bony;
- Weight – low, difficult to gain weight;
- Skin – rough, dry, thin;
- Eyes – small, dry, nervous, often brown but not necessary;
- Hair – dry, thin, and maybe curly;
- Nails – hard, brittle, rough, split easily;
- Voice – low or weak, quick, talkative;
- Walk – quick, light, hurried.
For a Vata person, a perfect fit would be:
- Yoga – spinal twist to correct neck stiffness and assist the flow of prana;
- Swimming – breaststroke helps ground and control stress.
So, when we talk about how much exercise it is enough – when you start sweating under the arms.
That is the point where you can stop exercising. It is where your body has generated a lot of heat and increased circulation in all parts of the body.
*3- Decide Your Time
First thing first, decide how much time you would like to spend on a particular task.
What habits are you interested in trying first, which are the things you enjoy and want to do in the morning?
Those are the things that will kick you off the bed, helping you wake up with a lot of energy.

*4- Bond With Nature
